Mr. Lin Ronghuan previously worked at Pacific Securities, an A-share listed company, where he served as Secretary to the Board, Vice President of the company, and Vice Chairman of the Board's Strategic Committee. He was responsible for the company's daily administrative management and successively oversaw its asset management, securities investment, brokerage, fixed income, and research institute operations. With a deep understanding of China's capital market and extensive management experience, he currently serves as the Managing Partner of Eden Ventures (New Zealand) and a Consultant at Vivo Capital.

Mr. Lin holds a Master's degree in Management from Peking University and an EMBA degree from Cheung Kong Graduate School of Business.
