Mr. Chen Xingzhu has been engaged in investment banking since 2000, with 19 years of experience in the industry. He has worked at Bank of China International and UBS Securities, serving as the head of the Investment Banking Department and the person in charge of the company's internal audit at Bank of China International. Currently, he is the Managing Director of First Capital Securities. As the general project leader, he has fully led multiple large-scale domestic and overseas listings, mergers and acquisitions, reorganizations, and bond financing projects.

Mr. Chen Xingzhu is one of the first registered sponsor representatives in China, holding a master's degree and a bachelor's degree in financial accounting from Peking University Guanghua School of Management.
