He Yanqing has previously held positions at institutions including China Investment Corporation, Alliance PKU Management Consultants, and Peking University BizSchool Network. In 2015, he founded Hongzhuo Capital and has since served as a founding partner.

He Yanqing holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, a Master's degree in Management, and a Doctorate in Management from Peking University Guanghua School of Management.
