With over 10 years of experience in finance and investment, Luo Yahui possesses extensive knowledge in overseas business expansion and mergers and acquisitions. He has a profound understanding of cross-border M&A procedures between China and Europe and boasts rich investment experience in mechatronics, big data, artificial intelligence, and other fields.

Previously, he held positions at institutions such as Knorr-Bremse AG, Govisors GmbH, Azoya International, and Shenzhen Dolphin Cross-Border E-Commerce Technology Co., Ltd. He is also the founder of Der Weg Consulting.

Mr. Luo holds a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and Automation from Beihang University and an MBA from the Technical University of Munich.
