With over 10 years of experience in private equity investments, Liang Zhiwei has led investments in various projects such as cord blood stem cell banks, Buchang Pharmaceutical, Traditional Chinese Medicine Online, and Fapon Biotech. He possesses extensive knowledge in market-oriented mergers and acquisitions, capital market operations, equity transaction structuring, valuation modeling, risk control, and industry integration within China's healthcare sector.

Previously, he held positions at HAOCAPITAL, Zhangjiang Haokai Fund, Phoenix Culture Media Fund, BRICS Fund, and CITIC Healthcare Fund.

Mr. Liang earned a Bachelor's Degree in finance from Peking University.
